Answering the Question “Who am I?” from Paralysis to Millionaire Mind Coach – BtR 287

Scott Sunderland spent months answering the question "Who am I?"

Scott Sunderland was a workaholic whose life came to a halt that forced him into answering the question “Who am I?”

Answering the Question “Who am I?”

Nothing will get you to stop long enough to contemplate life than paralysis. That’s what happened to Scott Sunderland in his early 30’s. Working as a contractor and carpenter, his long hours and commitment to the job meant sleeping at the job site. He was missing out on life outside of work, and it came crashing down.

While confined to a hospital bed, he had time in answering the question “Who am I?” He spent months facing that question as he fought to walk and talk again so that he could live a life that was beyond the rut.

What kind of time have you put into answering the question “Who am I?”

If you find yourself struggling, feeling stuck in life, and asking yourself, “Is this all there is?” then it is time to make time. Your happiness is an inside job. The freedom and empowerment that you’re craving is also the result of an inside job.

Scott’s hope is that you can find that answer to who you are without experiencing paralysis. You may be there already in a metaphorical sense. Let’s get you out of that state. Let’s begin with making your own path to living the life you always dreamed of living.

Scott Sunderland

In 2001, Scott Sunderland found himself going from a 35-year-old athletic father, husband, and business owner to lying in a hospital bed unable to move. Using visualization techniques over the course of a year, Scott was able to heal himself.

However, old limiting beliefs, past traumas, and disempowering mental habits came back to haunt him when, in 2012, he watched his best friend drown in front of his eyes. Blaming himself, he was broken once again. Standing in a room on fire, Scott was faced with running through those flames to end up at the empowered life that he lives now.

Today, he shows others how to run through their own flames to find freedom from their own minds and limitations in order to live a life of passion and purpose.
