A few weeks ago while recording episodes 35 and 35 of Beyond the Rut, Brandon noticed that Jerry had been getting thinner. In fact, by that time Jerry had lost 16 pounds since the start of 2016.

Here’s the crazy thing. Jerry did not adopt any gimmicky diets. He didn’t go Vegan. He ate whatever he wanted and simply changed the when and how he ate.

Giving Credit Where Credit is Due

The program discussed in this episode is nothing Jerry developed on his own. He was able to join a program called NaturallySlim through his work’s wellness program for free!

The 10-week program has since rocked his world challenging everything he ever thought about eating, dieting, and what was healthy or not.  The epiphany for Jerry has been that the best way to lose weight has not been about what he eats as much as it has been about when and how he eats.
